The client needed an Oracle production support team that will be responsible for monitoring the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.

Microzant offered full-scale and innovative Oracle production support that included, working in rotating shift to support 24X7 operations, and to provide monitoring (L1/L2) support for production and non-production environments. Our team could also add more value by performing batch monitoring and configuration tasks using various schedulers.

The client could achieve better troubleshooting of the software applications with prompt resolving of the help desk tickets.
