The support ticket system at the client's organization had to be adopted for better and greater management of product-related issues and customer grievances.

The focus of our team was on improving the resolution times.

Hopes are high as the system improves, the responses are sought to be delivered under an hour. Also the client achieved greater transparency in tracking the progress of support tickets.
